Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Burririacc's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Course Registration and Payment

Registration

  • All course registrations must be completed through our official website or in person
  • Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment
  • Course spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Minimum age for participation is 16 years unless accompanied by an adult

Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes
  • Payment is required at the time of registration
  • We accept major credit cards and e-transfer payments
  • Payment plans may be available for extended courses upon request

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Cancellations

  • Full refund: Cancellation 7+ days before course start date
  • 50% refund: Cancellation 3-6 days before course start date
  • No refund: Cancellation less than 3 days before course start date
  • Transfers to future courses may be arranged with advance notice

Burririacc Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
  • Full refunds will be provided for courses cancelled by Burririacc
  • Alternative course dates or credits will be offered when possible

Course Conduct and Safety

Student Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and prepared for each session
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructor directions
  • Inform instructors of any allergies or dietary restrictions
  • Respect other students and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Use equipment and facilities responsibly

Safety Measures

  • Closed-toe shoes are required in all cooking sessions
  • Long hair must be tied back during cooking activities
  • Students with severe allergies must notify staff before registration
  • Pregnancy and medical conditions should be disclosed for appropriate accommodations

Intellectual Property

All course materials, recipes, techniques, and content provided by Burririacc are protected by intellectual property laws. Students may:

  • Use recipes and techniques for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Share knowledge gained with family and friends
  • Not reproduce or distribute course materials without permission
  • Not use our proprietary methods for commercial purposes without authorization

Photography and Media

By participating in our courses, you consent to:

  • Photography and video recording during sessions for promotional purposes
  • Use of your image in marketing materials unless you opt out in writing
  • Social media sharing of class photos (faces may be obscured upon request)

Limitation of Liability

Burririacc's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injuries sustained during courses (covered by insurance)
  • Allergic reactions not disclosed prior to course start
  • Lost or damaged personal property
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Privacy and Data Protection
